Scholarships
Students are automatically considered for merit based scholarships.
These awards are based on academic performance, course selection,
and co-curricular activities.
The five types of scholarships include:
| Presidential | $15,000 per year and renewable for four years |
| Dean's | $12,000 per year and renewable for four years |
| Distinguished | $10,000 per year and renewable for four years |
| Newbury | $8,000 per year and renewable for four years |
| Nighthawk Award | $4,000-$7,000 per year and renewable for four years |
Financial Aid
In 2008-2009 Newbury administered almost $20 million
in financial aid from all sources and commits approximately
$7.5 million in grants and scholarships to students each
year.
Students need to complete the Free Application
for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and include Newbury as a
school of choice.
